That is awesome, Anne! You are welcome. Have you checked out my brother's Keto channel? It's called Keto with JT th-cam.com/channels/3qVwM20S_UmFl552D9AAEQ.html
Great day watching your video Matt..i really love peanut brittle It so easy to follow..i think i wanna try your easy step of peanut brittle recipe..Thanks for sharing Matt..☺☺
@@inthekitchenwithmatt Hi Matt i made my own peanut brittle with your video tutorial and it was really great..so brittled and delicious .my kids love it much..Thank you again Matt fir sharing your ideas ..
This looks really good! I love See's peanut brittle, so if it tastes anything like that it will be delicious. I can remember my mother making this...yum! Do you know if you used a sugar substitute if it would change the taste or texture? I'm diabetic, and I try to eat the sugar free version. Do you know anything about this?
@@inthekitchenwithmatt HI Matt, I really appreciate your quick response to my question. Sees Candies has a sugar free peanut brittle version that still tastes delicious...that's how I know it can be done...lol! But, like you I have no idea what sugar substitute or method they used. I think you're right, I can imagine it may really alter the taste or texture. I've never made homemade peanut brittle before, but it certainly brings back alot of good memories! I just recently found your channel and liked and subscribed. I hope to try this soon...
An important reason for using raw peanuts is that through the cooking process the raw peanuts impart a fantastic peanut flavor throughout the brittle which cannot be achieved using roasted peanuts. Thank you for the great video Matt.
You are welcome! Yes that is true, but it still tastes great with roasted peanuts. And it is hard to find raw peanuts. For example they do not sell them at my grocery store.
Hello Matt 👋 I know it's already two years ago but it would be great if you reply to my comment. I would like to know the exact time to let it cool down to see the crispy brittle? cux mine is not that crispy😞. Thank you!
Um excuse me? Did you even watch the video? You obviously didn't. I say every measurement in the actual video and the ingredients are most certainly in the description down below it in the description box. Which is easy to find if you are on a computer, if you are on a mobile you need to click the triangle button to reveal the description box. Please don't make accusations unless you know what you are talking about. Thanks.
lol it's not a competition, and you have no idea how mine tastes unless you actually made it haha. With that said, who care, there are tons and tons of different peanut brittle recipes out there. Room enough in the world for all of them.
I'm going to try this thank you for sharing with us
You are very welcome! Good luck, let me know how it turns out. :)

Hi Hilda, I haven't heard of a sugar free peanut brittle. The sugar is essential in making it. I don't think a sugar substitute will work the same.

Looks Good!😋😋 Are the roasted peanuts salted?
Thank you! They are lightly salted, but don't have to be. :)
Do I have to do foods I need advice
You can do whatever topic you want, it doesn't have to be food. There are plenty of topics on TH-cam.
Yum
Thank you!!

Hi there! If yours isn't crispy mostly likely it wasn't heated to the correct temperature. Did you follow this recipe exactly or another recipe?
Four to six weeks?
Never happen,one day max 😄
lol great!! haha

Sorry I'm to lazy to do this microwave for me
I have the microwave version too! haha th-cam.com/video/nbvoHyW1Brw/w-d-xo.html
How can I get known on You Tube . please help . Just two hours en u have 146 views
You need to make videos and be consistent, at least one video a week.
I didn't get the ingredients
Check in the description box under the video :) You can find them here as well www.inthekitchenwithmatt.com/peanut-brittle
Don't touch it once you pour out the mixture.
It depends on how thick you want it. For a thinner more crisp brittle, the forks are essential for pulling it apart.
You seem so nice. So I subscribed 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you!!
Yey im 2
