So if you are a supplier that sells both furniture for indoors and outdoors do you suggest drying Moisture Content to c.8.5 to 9%? to cover both options... and then controlling humidity to suit destination %s as much as possible? Or do you recommend having separate furniture for outdoors (set at 12%) sale and indoors (set at 7.5%) sale?
Everyone has a different thoughts, but I can tell you that there are companies out there that are drying wood differently (different MC%) for different areas of the US. Hope that helps.
