Phew! I'm puffed out just watching that skipping. My brother says I could lose weight skipping but he meant skipping lunch and skippin dinner and skipping snacks. Great vid Dimitris - that yellow mulberry looks like really tough stuff but it turned beautifully. Thanks as always mate!

I used pvc rope and it keeps cutting the pvc off the handle so i normally unscrew hex bolt at the bottom of the handle to disconnect the the pvc and the handle because i find it’s hard to rasp it with tiny hole exist in between the two at the upper.
i normally rasp the inner top with sandpaper to prevent it from cutting the pvc off again. do you have any option or tips beside using sandpaper? thank you 🙏🏽
