yes i recently purchased and i am happy with my desicion i in my country 3070(little used) and 4060 price is same and i decided to go with 4060 cuz it offer frame generation which boosts 15-20 fps without any quality decrease and also offers dlss3 which will well optimised with upcoming games and provide better fps compared to 3070 even now in cyberpunk dlss + fg and 3070 with dlss are equal so yeah it will be more optimised in future
