Hahah, thanks man! Super exciting lap!
I was following all along wit my left eye, life passes so fast 💨
I would love to see the reactions of the other drivers during the overtakes. Especially in those straights 😬♿👊
Insane skills + Insane car
Huge Cojones!
You're insane man! How did you not hit the renault at 6:20 super human reactions.
Lol was about to post the same thing. That was really close. He either didn't see him or didn't want to move over
@@ddoug4938 alot easier to judge on camera, but this car came outta no where, and I highly doubt the Renault is a proper driver like this one so cut him some slack
i just thought, well its always good to have a more powerful engine on track but its even better if you also have more powerful breakes
@@ddoug4938 he really didn't though did he
@@ddoug4938 more like he couldn't go faster
Simply amazing.... also big respect for every driver on the track, respecting higher class... All beauty of racing is in this video..
I've never had a genuine rush of adrenaline watching someone drive before. Until now, that is.
I came here just to say that
So when I first started watching I had every intention of counting the overtakes ... 20 seconds in , mind blown ! Start asking myself , what are the rules to this event? ... came to The conclusion there are no rules ! Just keep it nailed and the grass verve is an extension of the track 😂 ! Awesome, simply awesome 👏 my favourite parts was the braking points !
There are multiple classes driving in the same race + the driver is very good at keeping momentum. Besides your normal racing skill in the VLN you really have to know how to overtake the lower class cars efficiently. Also there are a few unwritten rules, but for example that one guy making room and flashing his indicator is very well-mannered IMHO.
God damn those straight cut gears sound so good
Fearless, that was very impressive, and done with such precision. The Nurburgring is one of the most demanding and unforgiving tracks in the world, David made it look like another day at the office!
Tbh he drives as a taxi driver on the nurburgring… (he drives the Apex F80 M3 prepared by teamshirmer and their 911 GT2 RS MR)
Touristenfahrten looks more aggressive than usual...
this is the VLN XD
@@sidneyrillaerts8397 it's a joke
@@docvolt5214 yh couldve said jk
SIDNEY rillaerts it was pretty obvious that it was a joke
Faurrrk, those closing speeds are unreal. Respect for late braking as well. 💯
1:40 we all know that feeling when u have only 140 on speedometer and have to brake for a opel like hell .. but normally there is a roll of toliettpaper on the hat-shelve in back. superb driving 👍
Nerves of steel and reactions like a house fly! 👏🏻 Well done Peter
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed it!
That last straight I wouldn't have imagined someone being able to take that speed even as he turned. Crazy amazing talent that very last one blew me out the water with speed.
Wow. That was really exciting to watch. Huge respect to you David, just brilliant driving.
Thanks a lot Jonathan!
At first, I thought he would have overtaken this amount of cars in the GP track - because of the mapon the top left corner. :D
Now that would be impressive haha!
The discipline trust and respect on the track is amazing....you are an amazing skillfull driver, so calculating and risk balanced.
That was an absolute pleasure to watch! Awesome driving! 👏
Thanks a lot! :D Glad you enjoyed!
The grip and setup of the car looks phenomenal, it turns on rails 200Km/h in a corner, nice.
this car is in a league of its own, but that move around the outside at the carousel was top tier 🙏🏼
7:25 damn he can see the future
I was hoping someone commented about that! Physic with break petal 🔮
This dude makes the other racers look like there driving to church.
not quite...they are rational, church folk are not
It’s because they are in a slower car class
@Ghairandi Al Abrar
- more is superfluous
- than, not then
- those, not thoose
@Ghairandi Al Abrar I'm glad you appreciate the guidance.
Wow. I held my breath most of that lap lol…….. not many can do that on a simulator let alone in a real race, without other drivers getting in the way , stunning driving , but what a car the power and brakes are insane.
When she said "Im home alone" :D
hahahah! YES
This is even more impressive than doing world record laps on an empty track.
Time attack?
This man has a hell of a trust in that car. The way he brakes 🫣🫡🤯
David looks like a mild kind of guy, then somebody gives him a monster to drive & he becomes an absolute animal!
2:20 this overtake is just another level
world class driving, smooth and precise
What an awesome lap to ride on board with! Incredible driving around a lot of mobile chicanes!! Pity it was only one lap, that would have been good to watch a few more!
Found your channel after your recent iRacing drive with Jimmy and subscribed - if this is the sort of content i can look forward to then bring on the racing !!!
It is the best onboard I have! 100%, so it’s a great watch! There are plenty more laps on my channel if you want to have a look, otherwise I could upload a whole stint, maybe with some commentary? I’m always open to ideas! Glad you could tune in! It was a fun race with Jimmy and I hope we can do it again! Thanks for subscribing 💪🏼
David Pittard Motorsport VLOGs I’ll second that & subbing too... for the extra laps & commentary
Okie dokie, I'll put something together! Thanks for the feedback
