Well for me it was the ancinet one ( ogre with the green skinbefore transforming) in T3 he was the creepiest charactar with his face like this always 🗿 and not talking his eyes are all red his body form is like a human but not exaclty and so tall strange color and his voice while playing is strange and he is not quite a monster ... someone strange and creepy , and you can see his ending in TTT2 to see that vibe (ogre in ttt2 has different ending than true ogre unlike T3)
