Sure, you can precompose everything at the end, then enable time remapping and time reverse keyframes, the animation will go in reverse

Sure, just replace the logo in the logo composition and that's it

There's only one shatter version I am aware of, if you mean after effects version, then it's the latest at the time, 24.5
