Maybe I'll skip that one.
The boys are tremendously thrilled at the prospect. If everyone attacked it with as much gusto, it could become even more inspiring, and we could have even more tag videos to entertain us through the dark days of January - and beyond! More reasons to congratulate ourselves on being flag waving members of the most unique and wonderful community of people on TH-cam, nay, in the world. Nay, the universe! Nay, beyond the universe! Goosebumps. Genuine chills. Etc.
The boys prefer rascals or the more jaunty rapscallions. They see themselves as the loveable urchins who throw stones at the respectable folk in this Dickensian nightmare we call the VC. Or something like that...
So absolutely agree on you take of the vinyl tag. What a drag of a concept. Everyone jumping on it as if it‘s the thing to do. Not for me. To each their own I guess. Irreverent as per usual. Love it.

Fortunately for them, their minds are free from such worries, having no real sanity in the first place. It’s not every day that you get the chance to laugh out loud. It isn’t just a matter of having to look over your shoulder to make sure that nobody is there to observe and report witnessing you laugh at the wrong thing. On average, I don’t believe that the people who take up space in this world are as funny as the people who took up space in this world a generation ago. Comedy, like music and film, has suffered as we’ve grown collectively dumber. This world belongs to the drooling idiots. My dominant laughter trigger is surprise. Most jokes that I hear these days are so formulaic that it’s impossible not to anticipate the punchlines. Penge and Derrick are unpredictable. It’s what makes them such a delight. It would have to be a banquet in the grand hall of a medieval castle. All the VC would be invited. The boys would sit on their thrones and, after everyone had enjoyed a hearty meal, lead them downstairs to experience the wonders of the castle dungeon. They are looking for volunteers to test the equipment. Iron Maiden fans will get to go first.

The reason we sound alike is because I have been learning penguin. Their eyes don't blink because they have watched too many VC videos. They are in a constant state of unbelief and shock.
