I'm floored at how well this game was designed despite never hearing anything about it. It was innovative in so many areas and looked so well polished. Not even played it and it's a Top 10 for me

I highly recommend finding a buddy or a family member and playing though yourself. It’s a solid 12 hours of wholesome fun. Top tier level design, graphics are beautiful, great pacing, all around great game.

Disappointed with the ending, to be honest. Should have ended with them rejecting the book's forced attempts to heal their marriage. You can still have a happy ending with them as friends.

I cried so much when they found their daughter's note because everything she wrote is so incredibly true to life for me. My parents fought ever since I can remember and it never got better. I remember being a kid and waking up to my mother's screams and broken glass on the floor, thinking: "maybe if i didn't annoy mom with the groceries, this wouldn't have happened". It took me 2 years of therapy to understand that nothing was my fault and sometimes (at 21yo) I still take the blame and have to double check myself not to carry it.
Thank you so much for playing this awesome game and sharing it with us because I could never aford to buy it, and if it wasn't for you I would've never seen such a beautiful ending to such a beautiful game.
Parents: If you truly hate each other but only delay the divorce "because of the kids", trust me: the kids are better off without the problematic marriage. Not everyone can work it out and not everyone is willing to, and that's fine, but don't sacrifice the well being of your child because of other's expectations.
for me, this game is the GOTY contender for sure and I really love how they didn't really tell if Cody and May will be back together in the end.

Gameplay wise this part is propably the most uninteresting but the MUSIC and the ATMOSPHERE and the COLORS aaah it's so beautiful
Theirs nothing wrong with being a trash goblin, my school used to throw manga away and anything in the trash is free game
A few months ago I literally found a whole ass working laptop in the trash, it wasn't even a bad one either, had a 512 gig SSD in it and decent specs otherwise. Looking around for trash or recycling can be rewarding sometimes.

You know, when I first watched gameplay for this game, I kept making the joke that "lbp2 was when platforming games peaked and everything has just taken inspiration from that" or whatever.
As I kept watching though, the story started to come together to make something special, and ended with something beautiful that made me almost cry.
This game is amazing. I've never played it, and I don't know if I'll ever find the perfect person to play this game with, but watching this game be played by two people that love each other has been an amazing experience.
