What months do you guys shoot your senior sessions?
Our sessions take place June through September. So in MN, it starts getting real cold sometimes in October plus a majority of schools require yearbook photos starting in October. So we wrap up then. I know in other places in the US that high school seniors will do sessions in the spring of their senior year, but that's not common here.
Interesting! Do you mostly do your sessions around sunset?
@@pixiegirl1195 Once school starts, yes. We do them after school and before sunset. But in the summer, we steer a lot of our clients to morning sessions and that is just because we feel like we can get similar results as an evening session but personally, we prefer to limit our evening sessions. We love being able to spend our evenings with friends and family. So we actually have an upcharge for evening senior sessions.
