I would take little comfort in those results my friend. I had a similar test result which my doctor suggested be followed up with an angiogram, which revealed a 75% blockage. If you have any significant blockage an angiogram is the only way to determine the full extent of the issue and give you absolute peace of mind.

I had a cholesterol check done 2 years ago and it was sky so I phoned BUPA and I was in the following day for a heart CT Scan I was diagnosed with artheroschlerosis (heart disease) they wanted to do a angiogram which they did. When they did they found it was much worse than expected! I had 3 blockages each one around 90%!!!! They put the heart stents in there and then! The cardiologist said to me it was a miracle that I was alive😄 the point is I never suffered any symptoms I’m quite active with work but I was heading towards a potential life ending cardiac arrest! People in their late 40’s and 50’s really do need to get their heart and arteries PROPERLY checked out

    Maybe this helps?
At 70 I have seen most will not change lifestyle and rely on hospitals and magic pharmaceutical pills. My parents died young suffering from diabetes and I didn't want to so rather simple and learned diabetes 2 is self inflicted through diet choices and made an executive decision to change. So off I go learning all about things like when and what to eat, VLDL buying and giving books to help people ... nobody changed, so further learned most prefer to die over something as adjusting diet.
Not being negative as I respect people's choices, just pointing out. I hope to be somewhat balanced however got to the point if it is easy to do such things as not eat that brownie, not eat that sour bread, ask how the eggs were fried or just eat softboiled duck eggs then when I socialize I can take that moment and enjoy people and eat what's served.
Anyways, seems to work, just had complete check up, stress test, gamma photography of chest, and doctor cannot find anything wrong with me.
So why not, I am financially good, slim toned body, blessed with hair ... I am moving to Thailand and if Buddha smiles on me find a good hearted fellow Buddhist thai life partner ❤🙏

In the UK the scan would cost £750. Check out vitamin K2

@@TheIsaanFarang I got my 1st scan in Pattaya aged 40 and it was clear. I got another one last year again in Pattaya at age 46 and again clear. I only enquired at local private hospital (Spire) in the UK as an example. Less than 10% of the price compared. Some people think I’m stupid getting it if I feel ok 😕
