- Why is the real estate starting to explode here? In less than 2 years, several luxury condominium developments have been approved and have started construction. Many of these projects are beachfront and consist of towers with up to 9 floors and incredible views.
In this video we discussed one particular development with 120 units with wonderful amenities, located just steps from the beach. There are four floor plans to chose from including studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units. The question is, what town are we talking about?
Puerto Morelos is a hidden gem along the stunning coastline of the Mayan Riviera. A charming beach town just 30 minutes north of Playa Del Carmen, that captivates visitors with its serene ambiance and natural beauty. Puerto Morelos boasts a vibrant coral reef, part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, just a short swim from the shore. This underwater paradise is a haven for snorkelers and divers, teeming with colorful marine life and breathtaking coral formations.
The town itself exudes a laid-back, bohemian vibe, with its quaint streets lined with local markets, artisanal shops, and delightful seafood restaurants. The iconic leaning lighthouse, a symbol of resilience against the elements, stands as a testament to the town's enduring spirit.
