Flamingo is not a top surf hotspot - and I am not a surfer so I can’t tell you where the closest, hidden spots to Flamingo are. If surf is your absolute top priority, I have a lot of other options for you that will put you close to lots of waves - at this price point you could live on an unknown surfbreak or walking distance to it; this condo is valuable because it is close to the marina and its amenities.
