I can’t tell your number of times that I did not check the scoreboard on the auto pilot, to confirm what it was doing. Thank you for the reminder to always check before I assume that the auto is engaged and doing what you wanted to do. Fly well!
Excellent video, from a pilot @ 17 hrs on a G6 SR20, the Comms error I also did last week while waiting for my clearance on the ground and sighting traffic, my instructor sees them in a milliseconds, me, takes so much time, I believe time in the air brings more of our senses into play and hopefully it becomes more muscle memory
