I also love hearing Carlo and Nicki speak Italian along with the various natives that they encounter. Subtitles are imperative for me and I can imagine that with so much content Nicki is putting out that it could get overwhelming. That being said I also enjoy watching Carlo trying to learn the nuances of the English language. He's trying to make sense out of language that makes no sense. There are rules and but then some rules don't apply. I get his frustration.
Carlo, you are speaking fantastic English, you should be so proud of yourself! It is sooooooo difficult to learn another language! I am learning French as my husband is French and we are moving from Texas in the US to France in March. It takes so much courage to try and make mistakes and feel like a kid, but it’s worth it! I’ve been married for 54 years. If my husband started a project before going out for the day, I would be screaming at the top of my lungs. But not you Nicki. "A room with a view" & "Under the Tuscan Sun" set very high expectations of what Tuscany should be like for me & your Tuscan life lives up to them. Thank you so much for taking us along with you. The market seems to be really reasonable compared to French brocantes. Autumn & winter sunsets are always more spectacular & apparently there's a scientific reason for this but don't ask me to explain it 😂 Hugs from the French Pyrenees.

We are all forgetful at one time or another. 😂 I love the white paint, makes everything nice and bright and clean. My family, we are Dutch, have the same whistle but a bit higher. The market seems to be really reasonable compared to French brocantes. Autumn & winter sunsets are always more spectacular & apparently there's a scientific reason for this but don't ask me to explain it 😂 Hugs from the French Pyrenees.
You are funny Nicki, Carlo forgets things, who forgot their iPhone on a trip to England. We are all forgetful at one time or another. 😂 I love the white paint, makes everything nice and bright and clean. My family, we are Dutch, have the same whistle but a bit higher. I use it with husband when we are out and get a bit separated. Works like a charm. What a fantastic market and it helps when you have a good eye like you do. Stunning sunset.🌷

So far so good Northern Illinois USA 90 miles from Chicago. Travel next and again to look at a property for my son the professor who studied over there.
