  • My Clear Mental Picture for this session:
To make being quiet and soft the "sweet spot".
You will see this horse push into my boundaries which are my mental stop point. Reinforced by my leg and rein. As he pushes into the boundary that's when he gets more anxious. When he moves softly away from the boundary he finds the sweet spot of release, where he finds quiet softness.

Darn I like the way you explain so clearly what and why you are doing something yourself, and clearly how you are doing it, AND what you expect and what you are willing to accept. Thank you Mr. Cappel.

So good to see you again Dennis! Face book has been doing some strange things with my favourite reels and hasn't been showing them to me. Most of them including you have been missing. I'm very happy to have you back again. I have all notifications on for you so fingers x'd that fb will continue to bring your reels up ❤

My horse (OTTB) will go long and deep, before he will accept easy over being jacked up about something.

So ive got a question dennis when I go to expose my mare to things that i know are going to make her anxous should i start with the smaller things that dont make her too anxious but just leery help her gain more confidence in those situations then from there build on that confidence as we go into more stressful situations?

Yes them better you can gain her confidence in you with small things then she can trust you more in the big ones
