1. DOOR OPPOSITE DOOR LAYOUT (with neighbour) remedy; hang a gourd on each side of front door.
2. Front door in front of a lift/elevator. Remedy: Hang a string of 5 emperor coins & place large plant at side of door.
3. Front door facing kitchen opposite & visible from front door. Remedy: Place a screen in front of kitchen.
4. Front door facing bathroom Remedy, place screen & large plant by bathroom door & keep bathroom door closed.
5. Dark front entrance Remedy: 8 spot lights in foyer.
6. front door facing staircase.Remedy: Place a pair of elephant statues facing outwards.
7. arched front door. Remedy: Replace arched door with flat shaped door.
8. exposed beam over front door Remedy: brass fengshui gourd under the beam.

I agree on all points, except for the arched door, because I think they are really cool and that flowing lines (such as an arc) remind me more of balance and stability, instead of squares and rectangles.
I believe there are many efficient cures for arch doors that can also improve the flow of chi and stimulate plus increase the remaining curb appeal!🎉

Hello! Thanks for watching! If your statues are large and heavy, it would be more suitable to place them outside because it is bad Feng Shui to place heavy objects in the foyer. I would recommend Feng Shui elephants because of their specific designed posture.

I have an emergency staircase door in front of the entrance door.. not exactly opposite but diagonally in a way at the end of the corridor. This emergency exit is not really used much. Would that give bad feng shui as well? Which of the remedies would be most indicated for this scenario? Thank you!
If it’s not directly facing the front door, it is not that bad. But if you can see the stairs as soon as you enter the entrance, the flow of energy can still get affected. You can use a screen so it is not visible from the front door.

What if you have a front and back door but the back door is the one mostly used? Would you consider that the "front" door?

Do you try to say that it would be better to light out the ceiling, defused light? I'm confused because where you talk about lighting out the entrace you show downlights... Hello! Thanks for your feedback. What I meant was the foyer should have ample brightness in order to attract positive energy. In case natural light is insufficient, you can install additional lights to enhance the brightness.
