There are fun places: Thunder Buttons, Alchemy, plenty of Tappa places, and good coffee shops. There used to be a great puppet show area, but they closed. Halloween (before Covid), was awesome with Giant pumpkins, witches, music, and scarecrow contests. Bon Ton's has a great breakfast and outdoor dining; which is awesome during Fall (love their pumpkin pancakes).
Actually, Jorge's is one of the best Authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. Recipes were handed down from the owners Grandmother, that I know for sure and that is the one restaurant I would actually recommend in the area. Many of the others are simply mex-tex...kinda Mexican. Their Jorge's Sombrero) burrito is the best!
