I contacted Tineco when I had this issue. They had me ship the main body of the cleaner to them at their cost and return it to me less than a week. I am pretty sure they replaced the battery. It was all no charge to me.
I should add, communicating with them was very confusing and done through email, but after a couple back-and-forth finally understood what they were saying. I was very happy they stood behind their product.
They did require me to take a couple of pictures and videos of my device doing exactly what this video shows, before deciding to have me send it back to them.

I have exactly same problem with S5 pro 2
this should be a class action law suit, they are all doing it
