    Hey Jeff, just a question. You have your engine haptic on. Do you rely on your Buttkicker LFE for effect also?

      Yes. I use my Buttkicker LFEs for engine RPM primarily, along with some gear shift mixed into the motion. I find the engine haptic rpm becomes too high once your at a slow speed, thus the actuator won't shake much beyond ~10 mph. This is where the Buttkicker really takes over.
      In addition, I try to keep the engine haptics turned down to only a few digits since it does add wear to the actuators to be moving all the time. It really depends on the vehicle as well in terms of do you expect it to shake a bit more when idling. It really helps with immersion.

    Hi Jeff. Question when your PT Actuator setup. Did you have to make modifications to the Thanos board? Cut the trace for SRS?

      @Jeff Weaver Thanks Jeff.

    I’m only playing just this game, have no motion rig yet. Would you say it’s worth it for only this game ? Witch motion rig would you recommend ? Should I even go for traction loss ?

      There are games with better telemetry for motion than F1 22, such as iRacing, Asseto Corsa, and Automobilsta 2 if you want to race F1. I would recommend those over F1 22.
      For the motion rig, it really depends on your budget. If you don't want to spend a lot, DOF Reality or DIY SFX-100 actuators are good. If you want to spend more and have the best, PT Actuator is a great choice.
      Traction Loss definitely improves immersion. It really depends on your driving style if you use traction loss in F1 to swing the car a bit faster, but for rally racing its definitely something you want on your rig. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend traction loss.

      @@SimMotionTuning thanks for good answer!
      Yeah I have thought about the dof h/p3 a bit, but do you think it will hold up for loadcell? Or do I have to put some diy on it ? Even like a more f1 position.
      The best way would actually to find someone who drive f1 22 with motion who I could try.. and see if it’s works good enough for me.
      The rs mega+ I feel could be in the budget, but it sound like I don’t need to go for the TL just yet, could be something to upgrade in the future.
      Don’t have that driving skill just yet (recently turn off ABS and TC..)

      @@niklasbengtsson5721 You will likely have a little flex in the pedal plate with a load cell that is set to a heavy brake unless you do some reinforcement.

    Hi. Is this channel dead?

      Just on an extended leave. I'll be uploading new videos of my new PT Actuator Motion Dragon platform in the upcoming weeks.

      @@SimMotionTuning Nice. I bought the Dragon also. It's been out for awhile and I'm surprised no one TH-cam has posted anything about it yet.
