A MAN TGX 8X4 tractor arrived for repair, in which the D 2868 engine is installed. This is a V-shaped 8-cylinder engine with a capacity of 680 horsepower. A fairly rare truck and engine, including those that you don't meet every day.
How do you like this motor in general? Interesting layout? Who has already encountered the repair of such?
This MAN THH came to us with a problem - there is no traction. As it turned out later, one fuel injector got stuck, the rest did not add fuel. At the same time, chips were found in the fuel system, most likely from a low-pressure fuel pump. And the whole fuel system was dirty.
