I appreciate that you don't haggle over already low prices. The one time I had a garage sale everyone wanted everything at half the marked price. It was rude. Sadly, items were stolen. It was such an unpleasant experience, i never had another garage sale. Now I just donate to charity. 🤷🏽
So you just need to open carry while having your garage sale. No one will attempt to steal crap. The big iron makes everyone respectfully for some reason.
I found 7 Sega Saturn sports games today for $5 each, LOL... oh, I didn't know you wanted to keep them!! 😅😅, But I did find Dino Crisis demo disk for $1

I asked her why she had so much video game stuff she told me her boyfriend owns apartments and when people move out he would put the stuff left in the apartments in her garage and she wanted it gone

It looks like you got almost all of them, I have had success selling four of them together for $100+, so you could get a good premium. Keep killing it your content is some of the best out there right now. Congrats on the new place too, definitely a goal for me is a bigger space for my business.

Also, find myself getting nostalgic for shared interests that we had. I didn't realize until it happened how hard losing a parent would hit me.

Effectively we agreed to split them. At ten cents a piece if I had not shown interest it acted like I wasn't going to take any, he would probably just have took them all. Seeing the one or two good books could potentially cover the lot. Also, I wouldn't call splitting the lot being greedy.

Consistent listing, maybe run sales, send offers on items with watchers, maybe refine your sourcing habits to buy more desirable inventory.
