SWAT Captures Two Felons After Hours Long Standoff | San Diego

- 05.28.2021 | 9:00 AM | SAN DIEGO - On the 19th of May, the suspect Jonathan Gutierrez lead NCPD on a pursuit and rammed an officer's car. On the 27th of May, an SDPD officer spotted him in a large Chevy SUV., and another pursuit began pursuit.
The suspect went southbound on the northbound I-805 and into National City. SDPD stopped pursuing when he entered the freeway in the wrong direction. The suspect got back on the freeway and went east on Hwy into Paradise Hills and disappeared only to be found again in National City.
The pursuit went through the city until the suspect went southbound on the northbound I-5, and the pursuit was stopped once again.
This morning, SDPD found out that Gutierrez was at a residence on Ocean View Blvd. He was considered to be armed and dangerous. As other people came down the alley, they were stopped and then released. SWAT surrounded the building and made call-outs for the people inside to surrender. After several hours 2 females and Gutierrez surrendered. Another wanted felon, John Mena was found hiding in a car and was arrested.

This officer just admitted that they didn't have a search warrant and no warrant was served all this was due to a traffic violation yes they found two people that had both they have a warrant out for their arrest but it does not stop them from showing up will fully armed swat battalion with no warrants trespassing as well as trespassing on the neighbors homes on the rooftops they have to have a search warrant to do that type of stuff and then they have to have warrants to be on top of private property Jason to they cannot just show up and invade your property

Veo con asombro cómo exportáis los métodos operacionales. No doy crédito al tremendo despliegue de personal y medios para arrestar a sólo ¡¡¡tres personas!!! si es que os ha faltado un portaaviones y dos regimientos de marines. ¿Y nadie pide explicaciones por el gasto de dinero que hacen para arrestar a tres?
Lo que me preocupa es que en mi país os copian y cada vez la administración pública dilapida más y más dinero de los contribuyentes en algo tan inútil.
Eso se resuelve como toda la vida, dos buenas hostias a tiempo y se quedaban suavecitos, hasta se suben ellos solos a la parte de atrás del coche patrulla. Aquí en España hay colgado un vídeo en esta misma plataforma, es de hace varios años: En una calle cualquiera hay un tipo con un cuchillo gritando y amenazando a la Guardia Civil, había como tres patrullas, es decir, seis guardias corpulentos y ninguno se atrevía, llega el cuarto coche patrulla y a la vista del percal el guardia más menudo, el más enclenque, abre el maletero saca la defensa (la porra de toda la vida) se acerca el tío del cuchillo y se lía a meterle de hostias y eso que el del cuchillo le sacaba de alto toda la cabeza, para cuando ya estaba en el suelo, entonces los compañeros lo esposaron. Sin tantos miramientos ni tratos de Lady Dy ni posturitas de Bruce Lee ni jilipolleces similares, como si le tienes que dar una patada en los bajos, se le da y punto, se queda manso como un cordero. y si el abogado protesta, entonces se le pasa por el confesionario también y se le da el cuerpo de cristo, verán cómo las cosas mejoran.
Pero si es que cuando fuisteis a por el hijo puta del Bin Laden movilizaron menos personal. Estamos perdiendo el sentido lógico de las cosas y esto al final cuesta mucho más de lo que debiera.
Vale que la gente tenga derechos, pero mientras no se salgan de la normalidad, porque os veo como en España, que antes de dar un solo disparo, tienes que rellenar un suplicatorio por cuadruplicado, tener la aprobación del presidente del gobierno y la bendición del Papa, con lo cual la ventana de operación la pierdes. Y si al juez no le gusta, que salga él a las calle y haga el trabajo... vale, en España tampoco todos los jueces son así, se al menos de uno que si le tiene que meter a algún insurrecto, le mete. Este hombre es muy honesto, sincero y humilde, es el primero que reconoce públicamente que es adicto a la nicotina, al futbol y se toma su wisky fuera de servicio, reconoces que no es ningún santurrón, pero sus sentencias son muy famosas por lo efectivas en lo humano, pese a lo brusco que es al hablar porque no tiene pelos en la lengua, dice lo que piensa. Y como él dice, quien no esté conforme con sus sentencias las puede recurrir.
