- At Bloomberg CityLab 2024, Susan Aitken, City Council Leader of Glasgow, Scotland; Daniel Valdez, Chief External Affairs Officer at Welcoming America; and Lourdes Castro Ramirez, Chief Housing and Homelessness Officer for the City of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. joined Linda Gibbs, Principal at Bloomberg Associates, for a conversation about how cities can support people in their communities that are experiencing homelessness.
