Rugrats Adventure Game - Any% in

Time starts when you gain control of Tommy after skipping the intro cutscene and ends on the last click to fire the secret weapon on Angeleeka.
The way back to Angelica after Cabinet Climb in Episode 1 was messy. Surprisingly good luck in Fishy Photo though. 30:xx was lost to bad Alien Chase RNG, but that's to be expected.
Setup (Windows 7):
-Copy everything from the disc to a folder.
-Download InstallShield 3 32-bit Generic Installer: community.pcgamingwiki.com/fi...
-Put it in the SETUP folder and run it to install the game.
-Add these two Quicktime files to the game folder: sourceforge.net/p/dxwnd/discu...
-Change the compatibility settings for RUGRATS.exe to Windows 98 and 16-bit (65536) reduced color mode.
