Trump timed the US withdrawal from Afghanistan and agreed to the release of 5000 Taliban prisoners so that the brown stuff would hit the fan on Biden's watch. That sort of huge withdrawal of troops takes a lot of work and planning. By not letting the Biden team know what was going on it was going to make the chaos worse and cost US lives. Biden managed to negotiate an extension on the withdrawal date which mitigated the problems to some extent.
But not enough was made of this, Trump put US lives and loads of Afghan ones to make Biden look bad.
Trump claims to be a business genius, but has nothing to do with business decisions. Sounds legit.

I am worried that Todd Blanche is going to throw a wrench into the works and work on trying to get a mistrial you watch its getting dangerous now Trump will throw everything at this and Todd Blanche will accomodate him because they are losing and they know it.
I wondered if that was why Trump was sleeping, to claim a mistrial (don't know if that is possible) but he has claimed he isn't asleep but just closing his eyes whilst he listens intently. So he has scuppered any chance of that.
That said, I think they judge should insist on him being awake for all the proceedings and keep asking him to open his eyes if it seems like he is nodding off.
