I think it's fitting that you started this channel. The word mega and massive is regular in your commentary and so I think this channel creation is ideal for this content.
Often I have to say to friends in Canada that what jamaica might consider massive will not be so to us in Canada but for the Caribbean it is for the scale of economy

Thanks. That’s a true statement. A 28 floor building is massive to Ja, but probably considered average or small in Canada

The developers seem to not have learned from their mold problems at pyramid point. They are still using the flat roof design which cause water to settle on top of roof leading to mold infestation inside the housing units
