Я сам радистом раньше был и после войны, ну и еще когда единая система управления не распалась, посадили меня, значит, следить за радио эфиром.
Ну, мы тогда еще надеялись связаться с правительственными бункерами, за Уралом, но по этим бункером-то противник в первую очередь целился. Они ведь как сначала? По гражданским целям старались не стрелять, ну может для оккупации берегли, никто же не думал, что это самая последняя война, когда уже все равно.
Ну вот, сидел в радиорубке, слушал эфир. И пришлось всякого наслушаться!
Сибирь молчала вся, а вот остальные выходили на связь. В том числе атомные подлодки наши.
Подлодки еще запрашивали приказы: наносить еще удары по ним. Ну… ээ… никто не верил, что Москвы-то больше нет… Бывалые морские капитаны как дети в эфире плакали. Офицеры и матросы умоляли меня проверить, нет ли их родных среди выживших. Что я мог сделать?! Ничего… Кто-то решил отомстить, уходил на пусковые позиции… Мировая война может и кончилась, но у некоторых еще своя война была… Другие поняли, что раз мир уже обречен и так, добивать горстки выживших смысла не имеет. Махали на все рукой . Подлодки еще долго на связь выходили. Они ведь могли в автономном плавании по полгода находиться - еды и горючего хватает.
Ой! Ну и деньки были, как вспомню, дрожь пробирает...
