    Modifying? Taking extra breaks? Using lower weights? Today I did all three! I’ve been working out with Sydney for years and this was still EXTRA tough for me. I’m focusing on being thankful for what my body can do-even if it’s not how everyone else is pushing or feeling today. It’s not easy when you see so many comments about crushing it but for everyone in my boat I wanted you to know you’re not the only one! ❤.

    Sydney I've been doing your workouts for years but Summertime Fine 2023 is the first program I've committed to doing daily. Normally I would just pick and choose workouts from various workout channels I follow based on what I'm feeling that day. This often led me to skip the upper body. Let me tell you, already I can tell a huge difference in my upper body strength and realize it's something I've been lacking. I will definitely be completing more of your programs! Thank you for providing quality workouts and showing up for us every day. I appreciate you!

    Love AMRAP! Goes so quickly despite working so hard. Added 2.5 pound wrist weights to some moves today so I can push towards higher weights. Sydney taught me that it’s OK to only do one set or even one rep with the higher weight because that’s how you get stronger.

    I love the new countdown clock! It's great. And watching it while Sydney kept saying "one more set" was filling me with so much fear for some kind of lightning finisher 😅

    I took a rest day on Wednesday, hence did this workout on Thursday. It was amazing! How can anyone can get mad at Sydney!? That just shows that even though that was all in her tank, she was ready to go through one more circuit for us!

    AMRAPS are just a beast. I told myself to get at least 4 reps for each superset and I did it. Sometimes I was even able to go beyond that. It feels really good to end a full week of working out, no skips.

    ❤STF T3 day 53 - 😮😮 I don’t know what jus happened??? I am pouring sweat in places that I did not know existed! I did glutes 61 lbs on the last round! Press 50 using the Jay bar!!! I am getting stronger!!!

    I have some serious mental health stuff going on. The workouts keep me regulated more than anything else i do . They do something for my brain, not sure what but it's part of my life now.. I've only missed them when i had the ronas. Thank you for helping me keep my cup full Sydney! Some of us need these reminders more than others!

    I took a rest day yesterday, woke up with a headache today but got going and did the Amrap today! So glad I did, pushed myself and no more headache afterwards! I have never been so committed to a workout before and for such a length of time - thank you Sydney!

    Fairly sure Sydney saw my comments about how she is lucky she didn't become a nurse because unsafe staffing ruined the field. Today's cool down was like a personal speech to me about how I need to do more to avoid burnout.

    I always cover up the countdown time so I don't constantly look at it, so when you said another set, I would have believed you!! Definitely recommend covering up the time for sure!! Loved the workout Sydney!!

    This is the second AMRAP workout of yours that I've done. I love that your AMRAPs are more attainable for me - but still challenge me a lot. I've done AMRAPs from another trainer and they were so difficult that they made me question my fitness/health. Thank you for breaking these workouts down while helping me build up my strength and form.

    It’s not selfish it’s SELF❤- thank you for the reminder. When you have a busy schedule with work and little ones who want so much of your time it’s hard to remember to take care of yourself. I have been in the place you were talking about with the anger and I have made a conscious effort to focus on myself more and it’s still a work in progress but I am putting in the work and hope one day my kids will emulate it.

    I LOVED this workout so much! This is my 8th consecutive day working out so I could catch up after the 4th of July holiday. I almost didn't do it but am SOOOO glad I did. I felt strong and grateful for my newly-found strength.

    I feel like this was the first workout I've ever done. It was tough. My intensity and pace were consistent, and I used medium to heavy weights for myself. #loveamrap ❤💪

    Boy oh boy...what an awesome but extremely challenging workout. Amrap felt good and I could feel the strength in each workout. I was so exhausted at the end that when Sydney said there was one more workout...I could only say uhuh!!! Loved it and thank you Sydney❤
