किसी दूसरे point पर उसी civil कोर्ट में उसी प्रॉपर्टी के अगेंस्ट दुबारा मुक़दमा फाइल किया जा सकता है या मुझे अपील करने के लिए high court जाना होगा क्योंकि पहले मुकदमे मे माननीय न्यायालय के सामने सारे पॉइंट उजागर नहीं हुए
