Guys please pay attention-
One thing she said wrong. New issues raised in subsequent suit is barred under order II, rule II and not res judicata.
Res judicata only bars subsequent grounds of arguments under the same issues raised previously in the former suit or 1 st suit.
I think I also said the same thing, if not please tell me on what timing I said something wrong. So that I can get it cross checked and if I am wrong I will pin your comment so that no one can distracted by my words.
