It's an interesting find, no idea what it is. The stone terrace walls make me think that the land was cleared and used many years ago. You are probably going to be discovering a lot over time.👍
Best episode yet! Takes discipline to document details of the construction process, especially from interesting angles. Good balance between the work sequences and exploration of the property. The amount of narration is just right for my taste, some was a bit hard to hear though, perhaps an external mic would help.
So I've caught up, I'm so glad I did, I'm so looking forward to following along and seeing you develop your piece of paradise. Thank you for sharing it. Cheers from Cape Town.❤
Straight is boring, I could teach you something about man handling lol, I am talking about the beam here.... 😁😂 Sorry, I couldn't help myself with that, seriously it's not easy finding timber that doesn't twist after a while, I've had the same issue when I was building. 👍
I know how it is to try digging up roots, here we have a tree we call a Port Jackson, it was introduced from Australia and it grows like a weed. The worst part is that it has a tap root, you have to get them out before they get bigger otherwise you'll be using a tractor.🫣

Thanks for your kind words. Appreciate the feedback.
It will all look completely different if you have a season with a lot of rain. You might find it hasn't had a good wet season for longer than normal.

Thank you so much. I'm glad you like the videos. Next one should be up within a couple of weeks. All the best!
I had to poke at you, I can tell you have a great sense of humour by the way you drop the little remarks. 👍😂
No worries :-). And thanks!
Definitely wating for the upcoming videos. 😊
Thank you very much 😇
I know I comment a lot, just to let you know I don't expect you to respond to them, it's just me making observations.😁
I do appreciate you taking the time to comment....and watch the episodes for that matter :-)

I'm afraid this might become a theme....handling twisted beams. I'm sure I'll find a way to cope with it.
