Hats off to the guy who smuggled in a video camera into a concert in 1987. This might be common now with cell phones... but not back then UNHEARD OF! You rule... Thanks for share.
I'm a 90s kid and when I see this all I think is that everyone in the crowd actually watched the whole thing without a cell phone. Must have been a great time to be alive.
Since college in 1985, I've listened and watched this beautiful soft rock music video and enjoyed every seconds of it - at that time they already music stars
This was Heart's first song to hit number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and I believe it was the first song where Nancy Wilson was the lead vocal instead of Ann Wilson.
@Super80sMan Nancy sang a lead or two on each Heart album before 1985 (except Dreamboat Annie and Magazine), but These Dreams was the first single to have Nancy on lead.
gyuuk You’re not serious are you? I’m sure the girls would burn this if they ever got a hold of it! This could be the biggest disaster of all time...but good to know they’re human!
How did people know about concerts and details about the band, before the internet? The mind boggles how they managed in history times gone by, compared to today's super-cool digitally enabled and hyper efficient world.
We had MTV in the 80s. Plus Rolling Stone magazine and other magazines. It's not today, every tidbit of information you found out about your favourite band you cherished.

A battery pack was 4x bigger than a smartphone....
You couldn't go in with a video camera??
Yeaa he's actually the first bootlegger lol but I'm giving you your flowers you rock
It might have been a woman.
Possibly someone that worked at the venue. They would have a better chance of sneaking in a camcorder and having a hiding place to film.
Nancy even does hand gestures while singing perfectly. What a total pro. 😍

It was the last of the golden age decades
This dude filmed a concert with a 1986 camera better than people can today with less than a pound smart phone... wtf lol
Nancy Wilson and Ann Wilson are both class singers and musicians...
pat c also breath taking
Wow. Such a powerful voice that it gives me chills.

Awesome ..Mark Andes on the Fretless bass makes this song Alive. Love this in 2021
That raspy scream is eargasm. thank you for this video as her raspy scream is the best part of this song.
Nancy has a beautiful voice
I remember well the first day. I heard and saw this video was 8/4/1987
Place erupted when she came out!! Beautiful, lady beautiful voice!

It's true. Their 1st # 1 with Nancy singing lead vocals.
YOU are correct.............Alone was the next off of "Bad Animals" Rightfully, Anne sang lead on their Second Number ONE! CLASSIC
@Elsa Botha not underrated, just not Ann Wilson! lol
It's beautifully ironic.
Not the first song Nancy sang lead, but it was the first single with her singing lead.
Wow!! Great voices. I love Heart. Thumbs up to the owner of the video.
So so cool for these two women to do what they did
...80's rock and hits rule !..
They are ROCK STARS!
They love dressing up like this.
Thank you for this great video.

@@tonyeason7900 What?
What a great band! And well done to the guy sneaking in the 10 pound camcorder too btw lol. Those things were huge back then!
Somebody's shoulder had to have hurt after doing this.... with 80s cameras weighing what they did.
ya probably the size of a tv
vengeance1701 hahahaha I was thinking that too, if this infact was in the 80s
I wish the guy whistling, would hold back his enthusiasm, until the end.
Glad you enjoyed it buddy.
Had no idea it was Nancy singing. Wow.
Does one become a contactee just by watching this? Wow amazing vibes thx for this
I love it but it's a shame we get old 😢
Actually It’s a blessing
There's always one at a concert. Love him most.
*least.
I am a Heart fan and not just because I live in the Seattle area(where they are from), they are fantastic?

Whoever is whistling, is no match for me. I can split your ear drum.

completely agree!!
We didn’t know how good we had it!!

That was Nancy singing lead wasn't it? I always thought Ann was supposed to be the lead singer.
She usually is, but Nancy has a few songs where she sings lead
Do you know who was the LD? Was it Randall Miller?
Where's Howard leese.
Why do people insist on showing off their whistling skills during a great song?!
@Super80sMan Ann still has a better voice =P
Bad night???
Holy cow...I hope the sound technician and bassist were fired (at the very least) - WoW
What are you complaining dude, i find nothing wrong..Lmfao
Listening to too much fake music like imagine dragons I assume?
@@TrebleForTheBassYou’re my hero for writing that comment!
Yea man the whistler just ruining the song sorry
Jesus I would have killed to be there but I was only 1 and a half.
