Pioneer : How to update maps via Naviextras AVIC-F series and AVIC-Z Series models.

I get the same updates every time after I formate mine thumb drive to fat 32 ( not the quick format) I will download the same two updates go an update mine head unit an after it gets done I reformatted it an go an sync the thumb drive back to the head unit an then go back on the computer an see if the map is updated but it gives me the same two updates when I first got mine avic-w8400nex at first I downloaded all the map updates just fine then when I went to check to see if there is any more it just those to same up dates factory package an the map fixes if any one knows what is going on plzz help
