Simple and it’s interesting that they pulled a Shedinja gimmick for the henchmen. I’m sad that I’m nowhere NEAR optimized enough for these Element EX stages, but one day I’ll be able to reliably do these with enough powerful friends. I use these characters: EoSD and Enchanted Marisa and Kasen as main and second to Marisa, tiny junko and Shion (Shion and Kasen do +40% dmg to resistant elements and work very well for nuker when WoSD Marisa has no barriers).
Man I wanna be smart enough to beat one of these stages by myself but I'm too lazy. So far I've only been able to beat Water EX without copying a team. Good video btw. I think I should be able to work something from this
I'm not sure how people are able to do any of these, I've been playing for the last year but never have any of the right characters for any of the EX stages, or if I do they are never MLB'd and never have the right story cards. It all just seems out of reach
you only need to understand the basic mechanic of the game, farm useful story cards and their alternative, save your crystal for actual good unit that have element cover the one you are currently lacking, and just 6 man EX stage. Most farming comp guide use OP character with matching element to destroy the stage. If your goal is only clearing you can use double the amount of character matching element, also you can switch to just get rid off the first lock.

They are designed to promote the current-running Efes characters, meaning that it is nearly impossible (or requires heavy investment/sp) to complete. At least Fire and Moon we can still use normal units to play, but Water and Star requires at least one to be able to complete it (Loliko/Otohime for Water and Flandre for Star).
its not entirely true that you need the sfes, for water it has been done with 3fes, and for star ex you can do it without flan. ive cleared with eosdmors, enchanter, star sapphire, getting some inconsistency farming with that comp tho

I haven't seen anyone clear this without one of them (at least all the video on TH-cam all use them). What I want to say is, I just want they design element stages like Moon or Fire, hard but doable with a large quantity of friends, not as Water or Star, required some specific friends just to be able to clear them.
the problem is character design, some characters are just better than others, and if the stage was made so that many characters can do it, then the top character will just annihilate it. character design is made by JP team, ele ex is made by phantasma. Phantasma just has to work around the characters the JP guys make

@@peachparee7647 well thats just poor design for endgame content. Prae destroys this stage, but she needs max awakening to do so. Kannagi just destroys moon ex at 8p
As a relatively new player, I am really not a fan of how content is deliberately designed for you to get around the whole "only 1 last word per stage"-rule. Heck, I am also not a fan of multiple healthbars because it is simply a mechanic to troll the player that was introduced by games like Fate/Go because certain units were too game breaking. (The literal only times I have seen it justified is when an enemy literally changes form, like Hecatia in this game's story)

shion does like 25% i think, but yea kasen is a great nuker in ele ex because of that. Shion has less nuking power than kasen tho

i guess its not really meant for the casual player, its meant to challenge the top players
