My first Corona Mark II was a 1973 Mark II with a manual transmission. I traded it for 1974 Mark II wagon with an automatic ( on the floor not on the column) after I moved to a large city & got caught in freeway stop & go freeway traffic. Both were fantastic cars!
I myself have just bought a 1974 Corona MkII. Like "Ridso" it's an automatic but gear-lever is fitted to the floor & like "Ridso" the clock on mine doesn't work. I live in the UK & what I've got happens to be an ex-South African market car, as British examples are extremely rare here due to the very cool, damp climate causing them to readily rot here. Going to have quite a bit done to it as well as the clock will hopefully change the speedometer into mph as British road distances & speed limits are still done in miles, to name but a few. That said will still overall keep it looking standard as they are scarcely scene in the UK as said, so there's no need for any customizing work doing to it as it still stands out even in standard format.

He is in Saudi araibiry now and the car is out side of home standing open with out garage and every day is going damage becoz of raining and sun i am so sad of this becoz i love this car sooo much 😕 Respect from Pakistan.
