This was a terrific overview of products and how to charge for what services. You're right, I give away to much. Oh yeah, I took your advice, the Mini-Split is being installed in two weeks. Over the last 10 days our temperature range was 99 to multiple days in the 106-111 range. It was killer in the garage.

Wow, what a transformation and sticking to the budget. This thing was in horrendous shape when it came to you. But when did you do this video? I don't remember the past couple or so days being that cold in the DMV area. I didn't think Richmond was that different in climate compared to NOVA.
And by the way, I think you and your wife did a good job in giving this Lexus a Brazillian. Hah! Sorry, just had to say it before someone else did. Surprised you didn't say it in the video like "Well, the Lexus is finally done. What a transformation. The Vonixx products really helped us give this car a decent Brazillian..." Then you stare into the camera with a blank stare, as your wife behind you rolls her eyes and shakes her head pondering what did she marry... LOL!
And my dad said the same thing when he was on this earth still. I remember he went above and beyond in detailing a customer's car, a 1974 Porsche 914. The car came out showroom new, even though the customer paid for him to just buff and apply sealant to the car. My dad took pride in his work and wanted to make sure people appreciated his work in restoring the rust buckets back to their former glory. But like you said "Sometimes you may even chase customers away" and that was very true. The guy appreciated my dad's work (one of his longtime and loyal customers as he was an avid car collector), but the customer just felt guilty that my dad spent so much time on the car (and yes, my dad asked to keep the car an hour extra to finish it properly) and he wanted his car earlier to attend cars and coffee in Great Falls, VA, which he missed. He wasn't happy about missing the event, but he told my dad to just stick to what he paid for and that's all. He still remained my dad's loyal customer until he passed on, but your comment about not to overdo it and just do what the job calls for is absolutely true.
Great video as always chief and Mrs. Phil! :)
