I understand now why these have garnered a negative reputation. I recently moved into a new home that came with a 9605, installed by a reputable GD Installer. The first problem was misaligned bottom panel hinges, causing the lift cable to catch. The GD installer came and replaced the panel, using impact guns for the hinges. After their departure, I inspected the door's entire mounting hardware. Of the 100 self-tapping cap bolts and screws, about 30 were stripped. Many hinges were also crookedly installed. Instead of having the installers return and potentially make more errors, I've decided to use rivet nuts to repair the stripped holes. Rivet nuts should secure the door skin and steel bracket more firmly than the self-tapping screws ever could.
One thing I would recommend that they did not hit on to help the door have a smooth transition through the radius. See about a 15 inch radius versus a 12 if it’ll work for your situation.

10k spring...sticker door then upsell the higher cycle spring on service end when original breaks
I agree with Tony. I always go with 15” curve if I have the headroom. Nylon rollers with bearings instead of those plastic rollers also.
The garage door is away the main door in a home nowadays. And you can average 4500 to 5000 cycles a year.
My opinion as long as it’s not a torque master door it’s a good door
