Hello, I noticed that all these 3 students are from the 5 year Integrated MTech program & not the regular BTech course which means they did not get admitted via the regular VITEE entrance test route.
Suggest you correct the video heading.
It’s a college review video and all 3 are in the 4th year of Btech , it’s not an VIT Entrance Exam Review video .

But there are 2 modes of admission to VIT. The first is to BTech via the Entrance exam & the 2nd is to Integrated MTech program without an Entrance exam. All 3 students said in the beginning of the video itself that they are in the 4th year of the Integrated Mtech program which is a 5 year program.

What's the minimum package below which companies cannot come for placements?
You will have to get in touch with the Admission team of VIT and ask for student specific detailed placement report , its highly recommended not to merely rely on verbal claims made by institutions.

It is worth bcoz the environment for coding culture is the ultimate. If you ignore cost/fee, it's far better than new IITs. The best part is that VIT updates its syllabus yearly, which is lacking in other NITs and IITs. No doubt that IITs are getting the top cream of India.
