@@TeamDeathSlingerTCG Yeah that sounds as absurd as i would expect digimon's power creep to get. They have this stupid tendency to nullify the deck's weak points. Better just make decks no-brainers with no weaknesses that can only be beat when they release a new, more overpowered deck, i s'pose
I feel like green scramble would be amazing in rapid X You can recicle your lv4s (only 8 in the deck) and play your searcher terriers. And the 0 cost evo from terrier to rapid saving you the wilis to go to lvl6

You can declare attack before you get set to 3, but you will get set to 3 before the attack actually battles/checks security. Basically, Dinobeemon causes an attack to happen with its effect. The attack is declared. Before any battle/security check in the game, effects need to finish resolving. Latest effects will resolve first, going all the way back to the still pending Start of Turn effect of your memory setter. The memory setter sets you to 3, then the battle/security check happens, then you unsuspend your Digimon/Tamers (note that this includes the Digimon that has just attacked), and then you draw for turn. You can even attack with that Digimon again since it has Rush!
What if I have 1 memory and played Dracmon and evolved not it's 1 memory the opponent side, does Matt still set the memory to 3 or it's no longer [start of my turn] and it's [end of my turn]?
Memory passing to the opponents side does not trigger end of turn until all effects have resolved. Since you still have the Matt trigger, you go back to 3 and continue your turn
@@mohammadalsaleem5666 I believe it is still the start of your turn as the triggers have not all resolved. If I'm not mistaken, no effects/actions must be resolving/happening to be considered the end of your turn via memory passing
New player here. I have a question about the wording of card in this game. I am used to ultra specific wording from yugioh so I get confused by effects that say "Start of your main phase" and similar effect. Are those optional? They don't say "you may" but "by X" so I naturally assumed they were mandatory effects.
Delay effects are by nature not mandatory, so the delay effect of the scramble can be used when you see fit so long as you meet the condition of the delay. Other effects that do not say 'you may' are mandatory. Also, not really related but good to know: Effects that specify "do x thing then do y thing" do not require you to do X in order to do Y, and also effects that say "When x thing *would* happen" are interruptive
@@TeamDeathSlingerTCG Ah! Thanks for the help, guys! So effects like Kakkinmon's Start of your main phase by X = Optional. Same with Puroromon. And the general rule of thumb: Do everything the effect reads, even if it has no targets, like Kimeramon still being able to delete your own card against an empty board. It's great to learn the terminology of this game. It feels a bit less strict than Yugioh but not as straightforward to learn as Pokemon.
LMAO 🤣 It messes with Mirage Have no digimon on board Have a scramble and a setter Play back a rookie Search and add a card Mirage will trigger And set your memory back to 3 XD
Rookies with Start Of Turn effects such as the Mind Link Rookies. Loogamon, Ryudamon, Dorumon, and Pulsemon.
Gonna be huuuuuuuuuuuge.
Those memory cheats with the "start of turn" effects ordering are dirty....
Its insane, really breaks takemika....
that cheat applies even if you go past the 0 ? like start of your turn, lose 5 memory, then start of yourn turn go back to 3 ?

The sr biyo start of main pitch 1 to search for any red card hiding safely in the trash is tempting
Loads of tempting rookies to fiddle with

It might be, I think scrambles will have a wider application outside of top decks than people think.

Popping off Blue Scramble to play Ex8 Penguinmon
Suzune Kazuki will trigger and can be suspended
Can I unsuspend her after that since Start of turn timing happens before The Unsuspend phase?
Yes
poggers
correct
With the reveal of cool boy I was wondering what jank is possible I. The alter omni black deck using omeka
Probably some interesting stuff, im excited to see what new omeka they reveal
Scrambles are particularly stupid in Shine. Shine does not care whether the rookie has Rush or not. It just needs a name on board.
Its gonna be gnarly

Lots of comeback potential from scrambles, just kinda makes efficient stacks that climb quickly that much scarier
And What happens with bt16 Wormmon doing his combo until you get Dinobeemon + 1 body.

Yessir, i think theyre useful in every deck at bare minimum to play out searchers or floodgates when youre behind!
