@@dakotareid1566 thanks for asking. We have many different entry level products. Thank you Titan, it was great to spend time with you on IMTS. Really enjoyed our booth tour and hope I could get our audience more ideas what we can offer.
I was smiling the whole time listening to your presentation, because i could "feel" your passion for your products. You build a great company, i love your work.💪
You and your company are an inspiration. Your products and processes make the industry better and more productive, which in turn makes the world a better place. Keep up the good work.
Great company and good to see the CEO doing what all CEOs should be able to do. He knows and understands the company products and product lines. If more CEO's in America were like this American Manufacturing would not be facing the skills gap. 5th Axis CG Inc. team has worked with Hamier products for almost 20 years and never once had a problem on a project using them. Currently working on a process improvement/reshoring project where we are calling out over a 1000 of their holders. Not a single one had to be back ordered.
I think that despite the high price of this equipment, it saves you a lot of money in the future, especially that 3D scanner. It must save a lot of errors on the five-axis machines. Great work from the Haimer company. Rise to greatness, my friend BOOM 💥
what a technology ,as a young machinist I don't want to bel eft behind this great innovations. Thank you TITANS OF CNC and also to the C.E.O. He is doing great work towards improving the standards in machining.
Great to have every part inspected for damage/wear/and position by serial number. Any time a tool is used, then you know the state of the tool and it is all calibrated and ready to run immediately.
Saw the YG1 booth behind I know they have good finish end mills for aluminium ( personal experience) Hope Titan also visit there booth and see what they got cooking lately
Yeah, that shape is wrong. The tool should spin while measuring. You only need the max values of the outer contour. You won't have the exact helical shape of the drill because the tool spins anyways and it slows down the computer simulation. A pointy cylinder is all you need to represent a simple Drill Bit in a CAM Simulation.
But how are the tags they are scanning holding up after use? I feel like a sticker after a tool that runs for ten mins with coolant is gonna degrade over time. Yeah?
Not to be a downer, (I usually am impressed with this stuff) but I want to see the coolant on the tool at high rpm. It has been my experience that the coolant will conical outwards away from the tool at high rpm....only thru tool coolant worked for me. That is all. Maybe they have figured out something. And yes, it's good to see the CEO so knowledgeable about his product.
Haimer with awesome products but so many issues keeping product in stock. So many times over the years you ask for a quote on holders for a job and lead time 6-10 weeks on standard products in the catalogue. I have to say after watching this video and seeing Andreas' energy about his product it makes me interested in the product line again.
