Refreshing to see a owner of a company who actually knows how it all works, what it all does and how to use it.
Usually pass you off to a technical guy.
Couldn’t agree more!
and then there is my boss :D
Super moderne Fertigung und Made in Germany !!!!! Schön, dass es so innovative Unternehmen in Deutschland gibt!
Great video and tour Ian! Thanks for stopping by the HAIMER facility and giving all an in-depth tour.
Thank you very much for letting us see the Haimer plant😊
Thank you for your visit Ian and Practical Machinist. I enjoyed the join tour and discussion. ❤
Thank you very much for having us!
Wow, you can tell that Andreas is very passionate of there processes.
He absolutely is! Extremely knowledgeable as well!
Great tools and a great company, Haimer truly means Quality Wins. Thank you for sharing, Haimer Germany!!!
You know it's a quality company when there are cases from a local brewery. Even though it's probably just soft drinks... Joke aside, you just have to admire all the engineering and thought put into this tool management environment! Just amazing.
Oh absolutely!
It's Beer
Maybe they have their own brewery, RFID on every flip-top.
You guys knocked it out of the park this year with the tours.👍
Thanks to the companies opening their doors and letting us get a peek.
Thank you very much sir!
Wow, how amazing, this is how a shopfloor needs to be!
Quality work at haimer company. It's a good thing that something like this is still successful today.
I love all of these factory tours!
The Haimer tours are always exceptional!
Haimer is such an innovative company. If they need something and it's not available in the marketplace, they just make it themselves! I really admire the Haimer Company. They're just amazing! 😊
Yes it is amazing but think about NASA, they too had to make their own machines to make certain parts. Yes today they have huge CNC machines at the Blue Horizons Rocket Engine plant in Huntsville AL but back in the day just imagine how the rocket engines were made. Technology is truly amazing.
@@Lwimmermastermetalart yup. One of the biggest hurdles with rockets and jet engines is to engineer ways to keep the metal parts from melting, which I hear would be bad 😊
@@Arthur-ue5vz yeah that wouldn’t be good at all LOL
Wow! This facility is so clean. Of course they are producing best quality in the market!
Great to know how to optimize processes which doesn't stay in the daily focus. But also good to see that these are even more important.
Such impressive automation set up in a giant machine tool manufacturer 👏
Very successful virtual tour 👍
Absolutely! 🤖🌟 It's truly remarkable to see how automation is shaping the future, and Haimer is leading the way in showcasing its incredible potential. 🚀👏
Such an impressive site and organization .
Incredible video! High Tech isn’t just software.
Very nice, thanks for the interesting company tour!! :)
I do suggest my company to consider this machine honestly
Great video tour! nice looking facility - so clean 😳😳
many thanks for deep inside like this. Looks all very high quality.
I enjoyed this video, which was easy to watch.
Amazing factory 😍
For crazy products 🚀
Quality Wins!
Quality wins!
Such an amazing facility . 🤩
Thank you very much for checking it out!
amazing. thanks for sharing!
Thank you very much for checking it out!
Wow! Y’all left out a visit to the maintenance and housekeeping departments…
Amazing place, but 170 CNC machines and we didn’t get to see any actual metal cutting 😅
When you’re dealing with proprietary technology there are some things you can’t show - so we’re just grateful to get to see the things that we can!
Amazing!
good video ian
Thank you very much for checking it out!
Producto para mecanizado de calidad. HAIMER
自動化が進んだ工場ですね。
I like dungeons, less stress. You can drink your coffee and sometimes sit down. In this shop there is no coffee, no stools, no calendars, no music, no cell phones, no talking, no machinist. . . well maybe a few.
I feel too poor watching this!
He still doesn't know how to put on a cap - isn't it embarrassing to walk around like a little rascal among adults? Otherwise a good video!
Honestly my first thought was; German attending meeting - shirt and suit.
American attending meeting; jeans, tee shirt, tatt's and the obligatory back-to-front baseball cap.
@@markrainford1219I’m Canadian, thank you for the fashion advice
They ran him through the delousing machine in the foyer when he arrived.
I think Mr Haimer would have a little more respect for you if u showed in a shirt and a jacket???
Amazing!
Thank you very much for checking it out!
