This was such a well thought analysis. I loved Disney channel growin up in the 00’s. People seem to forget that Cheetah girls literally paved the way and opened doors for the network as a whole. Decendants, Hannah Montana, Camp Rock & HSM all exist vector the cheetah girls movies. Also Raven is the true queen & pioneer of Disney Channel
The Groove always come through with an informative video. The Cheetah girls were apart of my childhood. Seeing an ensemble of girls who were minorities was big to me growing up ❤️.
Thank you for highlighting the importance and impact of The Cheetah Girls. The series was my favorite to watch as a child/teenager and it broke records at the time. I do think the success of The Cheetah Girls influenced the success of High School Musical and helped The Disney Channel be a major success during that phase.
The cheetah girls is my favorite trilogy of Disney channel. I always said they paved they way for high school musical, camp rock and descendants. They set the foundation I think they should remake it so that the legacy can continue
