Sejak amalkan minum N8 Endurance sejam sebelum larian, warmup dan amalkan pernafasan yg betul saya rasa lebih selesa dengan brisk walk dan lari sesekali je. Sampai 10km 1jam 49 minit
tadi saya dan sahabat agak kelewatan, kategori 5K hampir start kami baru berlepas utk 10K. buat part time hari ni jd pacer utk sahabat . layan juga jadi pacer ni haha
Ini kali kedua saya pacing dengan bro @ALRUMIE , dulu di Score Marathon 2024. Sampai finishing line tiba2 saya muntah. Memang kena NPO 2 jam sebelum race. 8:38
