The gameplay footage that i use in my videos are my own recordings which i have edited myself.

THANKS FOR WATCHING

Revenge is absolutely perfect. It actually got the step back part of the move right.
The Jacknife from WcW Revenge, give credit to Disco Inferno for that one. He sold it like a pro
The best one
Oddly enough, that TNA jackknife was the most realistic version. Nash’s powerbomb isn’t a slam like other powerbombs. He lifts u up and just drops u. No slam
The TNA video game was underrated. The wrestlers looked really good, with most being super spot on. The animations for executing moves and the characters selling the moves look great. Running looked odd sure, and entrances only lasting until they started walking down the ramp and I hated how they never held the ropes during tag team matches, the lack of weapons and certain match types, but aside from those it was really good gameplay. And the story mode was pretty good too. Not amazing, but good.
He kinda feathered the opponent's landing, too. Very unique.
why is nash dressed like every middle aged dad?
I'll have to disagree. Nash's Jackknife in the AKI games was based on a particular one he gave to Disco Inferno on a Nitro.
His HCTP one was handcrafted as well and lilkey based on one he gave in his 2002/2003 run.
TNA was all mocapped and I wouldn't trust it unless big sexy came in and performed himself.
WCW/NWO Revenge did it the best for me. I used to love using that special in that game and Wrestlemania 2K.
AKI's beautiful hand drawn key frame animations have yet to be beaten!!!
Revenge is the best powerbomb in my opinion and that game is untouchable with WrestleMania 2000. N64 killed it
Nash looking like some random dad in the TNA game lol
NWO Revenge was the most accurate
I was going to say the same. Revenge is still the best Jacknife. It seems like after that they either get the first motion right or the impact right but never both.
@@Ozborne82 Someone found the exact match AKI got it from where Nash hit it on Disco. Back in those days they did key frame animations. Yuke's did, too,. You can find the exact Raw match they got all of Scott Steiner's trademarks from for HCTP in Deadlock Raw review.
Nowadays 2K uses mocap and it's hard to get the style right. At least Yuke's had gone back to hand drawn key frame animations for AEW Fight Forever with the No Mercy director.
It’s amazing how poor the selling animation was as the graphic got better, And while I don’t blame the graphics for terrible selling animations it’s just amazing how so much effort is put into the graphics compared to the animations
The one on Raven on Thunder was terrible!
WCW/nWo Revenge uses the same facial scan that Undertaker uses for WWE WrestleMania 2000.
Why did he sit down in Thunder?! That game was so weird. Always nice to see WCW Nitro twice on a list... lol, I still don't know why the N64 port was made
There's a Insiders Edge interview with former THQ producer Sanders Keel iirc they hired a company that only had made a bass fishing game before who started those games before they contracted AKI. They kept telling them to work on gameplay but all they did was add those weird ass characters so they had them port and make thunder to run out their contract.
While they were still making Nitro, THQ found and hired AKI who quickly turned out a western version of Virtual Pro Wrestling called WCW vs. the World which beat Nitro to market and had hella potential which eventually lead to WCW/nWo Revenge then eventually WWF No Mercy, Def Jam Vendetta, Fight for New York, the Ultimate Muscle games and now AEW Fight Forever.
@@EliteEasyE Thanks!
@@RossWyatt 💜
@@EliteEasyE You mean WCW vs NWO:World Tour.
Vs the World came out in 1996.
@@EliteEasyE AEW Fight Forever is made by Yuke's who made the Smackdown games, not Aki.
Nash doing the powerbomb in the Land's End outfit I'm here for it.
“Kevin Nash Destroys Scott Steiner”
😂😂😂
Revenge is still the best one after all these years
my favorite one was always revenge
Wcw/nwo will always have the best and closest looking jackknife power bomb
Revenge and no mercy were the ones I say was on spot
2k series never got it right
TNA Impact graphics were insane
yes
And it played like dookie because good graphics and a cup of coffee don't mean shit.
Revenge was hands down the best wrestling game ever. His powerbomb looked the best
How is it that only WCW/nWo Revenge was the only one to have ever gotten the move right
If you look at how Kevin Nash / diesel does the power bomb it's supposed to look like a truck being jackknifed which is why WWE raw was one of the best versions , he didn't lift the person all the way up it was like 75% up and then let them fall onto their back
2012-14 is my favorite by far
Jackknife powerbomb is same as sheer drop powerbomb.
The newer ones are just weak. They fall as if he is letting go of a sack of potatoes. The revenge/no mercy one looks realistic and strong
I ALREADY LOVE YOUR PAGE, GOD MODE
Thanks
That x8 had a massive leap in graphics from the previous ones
Nice
Thanks
I've always loved the animation for the early Smackdown Games. The animation for it afterwards when it came to here comes the pain and whatnot, I didn't really like. It always looks like the move is gonna be botched in more than one way.
Nah HCTPs animations were the best ever
@@supremeworld87 Replacing the Jackknife Powerbomb's animation wasn't a good choice.
Revenge had it perfect and here comes the pain was good too ..
ZACTLY
Revenge did so many things right. The jackknife, scorpion death drop, torture rack, evenflow ddt, diamond cutter just to name a few
lol in Thunder he does a Batista Bomb.
They should add taunts during some superstars move
Moves*
Yes,they should
Yeah like undertaker's old thumbs up tombstone in Smack downs ( here come's the pain ) !!!
Looked awesome it did
I prefer the taunts separate like the AKI games do them. Of I'm using a Bad News Brown caw and I want to give him a ghetto blaster, I don't want him doing a spinaroonie after it. That's what I didn't like about HCTP. If you're going to do that or make a stunner with a crazy Rock sell, at least give me a plain Jane version to use with my CAWS. Booker stumbled around like a mad man after the BookEnd in HCTP. You could interrupt it, but I rather a regular version I can swap it out with.
This is exactly why THQ will always be better than 2k when it come to making wrestling games accurate.
wcw/nwo thunder nash never did jacknife like this wtf 0:56
The thumbnail that says "1994" is clearly PS2/Xbox graphics.. In '94 Sonic and Kid Chameleon were space-age graphics.
Nice one 🤘
Thank you
Wow I havent played the 2k series in forever but Im glad I havent been. The change in graphics is as big of a change as the Iphone every year. Very Very slow and little changes.
2K22 and 2K23 are a big change from the previous games, yeah the animations were carried over but the gameplay is very very different and more arcade style than simulation.
They've never managed to make it look quite right, have they?
Battlegrounds looks like the most accurate.
Wcw Thunder was the worst version ever and that was a year after Nitro when it was just fine 😂 i remember hitting it for the 1st time and was shouting at the tv, thats not a f'in Jacknife thats a sit down power bomb. 😂😂
Revenge is the best
So basically they've been using the same exact powerbomb animation for the past 10 years. Just remaster Here Comes the Pain with insane graphics, leave everything else the same, and call it a day. No other wrestling game has ever come close.
im sorry but THQ/Yukes era of Wrestling games has better selling animation move's better impact sound heck better all the way
When they switched to mocap all the moves lost impact.

@@WizeBan TOO SWEET
Hold up this video is lying. WCW Nitro Kevin Nash finishing powerbomb he sits down with it
WCW/NWO World Tour:
Kevin Nash-Sting
Wwe 12 by far.
Dolph Ziggler selling with the head on the rope my god Ziggler
Since 2k15 the jackknife powerbomb is shit. 2k12 - 2k14 is so much better
Agreed
2k12 is also bad, Nash never fully picked up opponents on his shoulders. He just dropped them midway
Took until 2k15 until it started looking somewhat realistic.
You're supposed to be planted into the ground after a jackknife. Not writhing in pain. Also most of the games finishers doesn't look devastating when they hit the mat. This is something WWF No Mercy did well. The impact of finishers on the ground was peak.
HCTP and 2k16 had the best ones.
Na hctp and revenge ..
@@Korilakkumasusie exactly but i feel like they still haven’t gotten it right even in those 2 games. The release and impact is what’s been missing
Good god WCW Mayhem was trash lol.
WWE all game(not tna) normal powerbomb!
No mercy?
Although the Jackknife was in that game, Kevin Nash was not -- so it did not qualify for this video
From wwe 2k15 this finisher is not at all devastating completely impactless are developers are blinded
Kevin Nash Mehdi Berranoun
Forgot how bad wcw mayhem was
Interesting how Brock was in the game 8 years before his debut 😂😂😂
😂
Bro he debuted in 2003
@@ktj5616 2002
@hypefinn ?
those wcw games aside from the n64 ones were sooooo bad
I wonder why they totally cut off the impact which was there in few games, in 2k24 also it looks not impactful at all..Now a days finisher doesn't look like finishers, it is just regular move..No impact , nothing..
That thumbnail is bullshit XD AHAHA
😅
