First video about sidecars I enjoyed!! Some beautiful bikes as well. I'm in the mountains of E. Tennessee and considering buying a Ural, and somewhat apprehensive. I've owned 8 HDs in the past 30+ years and at the age I need to slow down. Your video and the way you describe your experience riding one makes me want one even more. Plus where I live there are back roads and trails all over which would be perfect for the Ural. Thanks for the video and you passion for motorcycles and sidecars.
Go for it, I took the plunge and love driving my sidecar, so different to anything else on the road the sense of pleasure and achievement in doing something few other people do is great. The first drive will be weird but once you use the asymmetry to your advantage it gets a lot more fun.
Agree with every word, always fancied a sidecar and five years ago I got a cheap hack, nice chair attached to a 600 Diversion. First rides were fun and a steep learning curve, maybe it’s so different and you learn something few have mastered, sidecar now on a 650 Bandit, love it to bits. Misses loves it and it makes other people smile.
