Hello sir , mujhe ghoomna pasand hai par hotels may rukhne ke paise nahi hain kyonki hotels itni mehngi hoti hain . Mujhe talash hai koi aisi cheez ki jisse ki may kam se kam paise may raat ko ruk sakun agar mere paas car hoti toa may usme so jata . Can normal person ride side scooter? Is it legal in India? Can V purchase new side scooter as it's only for disabled people

It is perfectly legal. You just have to register with BT(boarding transfer) during registration.
