You can get pure castile soap and add that. It is 100% natural andbiodegradable as an added bonus which I like. you can use it to make your own laundry soap hand soap I'll be using it when I make this shampoo

By chance did the doctor say to get on iron tablets to help? I used to have anemia and had to get on iron and the Spatone liquid iron supplements (on Amazon) helped quickly but verify with your doctor for anything and everything 🙏🏾. Also, if you want something easier are you willing to try natural hair teas? If so, maybe try making green tea - simply use a prepackaged green tea bag! Also, you could brew/boil anything and turn into a tea really 😂, like for example, onions, cloves, fenugreek, rosemary or bringhraj to spray on scalp each week but teas are typically drying so one MAY need to back them up with moisture sealants: leave-in creams & oil/ butter etc depending on your situation. I pray this helps-us women know the pain of hair loss smh 🤦🏾♀️ so so sorry.
@@shaelenemusicandmore yh my doctor did recommend me to take iron tablets but after a month I stopped bcuz whenever I eat food or anything or just drink water also I would feel nauseous which became too uncomfortable for me Thnx for recommendations of tea bags but they become too hot for my body and my body can't tolerate hot substances internally or externally 😔 Well u r right though the pain of hair loss can not be explained 😖 But this(hairloss) started from end of 11th grade and now my braid has become so thin I never visited any parlour also 😕 so I too don't know the sudden change But all ik is I just don't want to visit any doctor anymore 😒 I really want to get my hair back and get rid of all those deficiencies 😔

I add organic, cold pressed coconut oil to my hair as a leave in conditioner after washing my hair and that helps a lot!
