You dont leave eggs in the setting trays during the hatching process . You move them on day 18 to hatching baskets so that the eggs lay flat and arent turning or at risk of injury so they can comfortably hatch .
Terrible incubators-chicks hatching upside down, legs hanging out of the bottom, etc. You need to keep up with hatching time and put the eggs in hatching trays.

Good wishes for them but 1 point to follow is that chicks should hatched in hatcher tray not in the turning tray.That was the Professional Way.
Thus good project but why can't you use hatching bucket coz l see other chicks been hatched on egg trays

why not change hatching baskets to hatch ? if remain in the trays until hatch , this is not good way
