You are indeed what Africa needs for food sufficiency. Wish I can buy 5 from you now to support and appreciate this ingenious skill. Everything must not be from China, even though l know the motors could be from there but I must say thank you for your creativity. Pls, also think about designing solar panels to revolutionise green & cheaper energy in Africa. Keep it up man🤝🤝🤝🤝
Help me understand something bro. The machine room and the main chamber did you leave a gap between? If not how does heat transfer from the machine room to the main side
There is a gab between the HEATER and HUMIDITY ROOMS connecting to the main "Chamber" is you look carefully at my drawings when building the cabinet, you should see the gab
Very nice incubator like mine watching ur video that's why in my last 3videos I I decided to make a blog an English version just to you guys at first I was speaking in Tagalog but now I want u to be my friend and always keeping in touch happy farming my new friend.. Keepsafe
Oh thank you very much to share with us diy incubator. if its ok with you please share with us the interior design and how the temperature and humidity flow inside the whole unit. OOH MY GOD YOU ARE THE BEST
Very well made video! I made my own incubator with very similar results. Just an FYI for others interested in using the XM-18 controller, I do not believe there is a function to turn off the turner. I had to hook a switch to the turner to turn it off during lockdown. I believe you also have a switch hooked up to your turner. Great job again!
Well done you too. Yes the XM-18 doesn't have a switch for the egg turner. So you need to loop it to a switch and turn it off manually on day 18. Thanks for pointing it out. I will add it to my explainer video
Just finished my first incubator. I appreciate all iamWill has done and his feedback. Today I'll start to build a second one. From the experience of the first one, I have a humble suggestion that we are going to try: Use rectangular iron instead of angle iron for the vertical posts. Welding, in theory, should be much easier.
@@AIS.FarmResorts oh wat a bad luck but let's pray this year start working for Clint's I wanna be the first Clint live in Uganda .plz when ever u started plz inform me Inshallah.
Is there anyway I could get a detailed list of the electrical components that you used please, I have a cola cooler that I want to turn into an incubator.
Hi! Will . Excellent video . First time on your channel very impressed. Hi! from Niagara Ontario Canada Looking forward to the next video I'm going building one.
Great insight Boss.. I’m absolutely proud of you and you invention. I’d like to stay in touch for future business in Ghana.. how do I get in touch with you.
that all depends on the egg tray size. I can't really remember mine and I don't have the sketch with me. but the simple rule is to leave space the size of your egg tray
Nice video. Thank you. I think if you make little e book with all informations how to build this incubator, you can make some more money to support your business.
Nice video. Looking forward to making my own incubator. Something I missed is on the specific rating of the egg turner. Could u please give me details on that?

I think you have now tried full capacity also. Any problem let me know too i am really keen on. Believe me even though i am ne to this trade, now i got hold of big farm to get eggs. @@vianiharrison1011 I honestly haven't tried full capacity. but the majority of work is taken away if the bearings are greased well and move freely. Good luck with your construction. I'd like to see your video as well

I don't have ventilation exhaust because of the high humidity we have in Ghana. For oxygen, there are enough tiny in and outlets around the machine to get enough inside.

what do you mean with "rating" please?
Do you produce and sell or do you empower people to knowing how to make it on their own?
Cómo se llama el forro o recubrimiento que lleva en el Interior saludos desde México 👍
you could probably run a fill tube to that tub in the bottom. so you can refill it without having to open the door
that was the initial idea. but the Bowl was big enough to finish the hatching. we just did it for demonstration purpose. But you're absolutely right
Nice.
